LM TEK is a small, engineering-led company. We don't run continuous pipelines. When a role opens it is because the work has made it necessary, and we hire for it with the attention the role deserves.

Small team
The company is small by design. Every hire changes the shape of the team, and we hire accordingly.
Depth over breadth
We prefer engineers who go deep on a problem over engineers who sample many. The work rewards it.
On-site engineering
Hardware engineering work happens in the facility. Our core engineering roles are on-site in Komenda. Some commercial roles are not.
Quiet, durable work
We do not ship marketing promises. We ship engineered parts. The work is slower, and the satisfaction is of a different kind.
