1U Server Cooling for Intel Xeon LGA 4677

The EK-Pro CPU WB 4677 Rack Ni + Acetal is an enterprise-grade water block designed for LGA 4677 Intel Xeon processors, fitting 1U chassis for server rack use. It boasts four G1/8" threaded side ports for low-profile applications.

Crafted for performance, reliability, and serviceability, it ensures top thermal performance and connectivity for liquid-cooled high-density computing systems. Its copper base is nickel electroplated, while the top is CNC machined from black POM Acetal, with a stainless steel hold-down bracket.

Four side-mounted G1/8" ports keep the block within 1U height, making it suitable for dense rack deployments of Intel Xeon LGA 4677 servers.

T30 Torx Hold-Down Bracket

Stainless steel hold-down bracket with T30 Torx fasteners provides consistent, measured clamping force for reliable long-term sealing on the LGA 4677 socket.

Nickel-Plated Copper + POM Acetal

Electroplated copper base and CNC-machined black POM Acetal top offer the corrosion resistance and mechanical durability required in continuously operating server environments.
