EK-Tube ZMT is a high-quality EPDM rubber tubing engineered specifically for liquid cooling loops in workstation and server deployments. Unlike most PVC and PUR tubing, EPDM does not suffer from plasticizer leaching — the chemical migration that causes deposits, blockages, and gradual flow restriction in conventional tubing over time.

The 9.5/15.9 mm (3/8" / 5/8") cross-section is a workstation-loop standard, compatible with EK-ACF and EK-Quantum Torque STC 10/16 series compression fittings. The matte-black finish hides routing imperfections and reads cleanly inside professional chassis. EPDM softness allows a tight bend radius for compact loops without kinking.

EPDM Industrial-Grade Rubber

EPDM is the same rubber chemistry used in automotive cooling systems and industrial process plumbing — chosen for its long-term stability and compatibility with corrosion inhibitors and biocides found in enterprise coolants. It does not contain the plasticizers that cause deposits in PVC and PUR tubing.

3.2 mm Wall on 9.5 / 15.9 mm Bore

The 3.2 mm wall provides the structural rigidity required to maintain the 5/8" OD under standard compression-fitting clamp loads while preserving inner-bore flow at 3/8". The wall is uniform along the length, which keeps the bend behaviour predictable for hand-routed loops.

Matte Black, Non-UV-Reactive

Non-reflective matte finish hides routing irregularities and reads as a finished cable run inside a chassis. Non-UV-reactive, so the tubing stays optically neutral under any chassis lighting and does not introduce a colour cast into the loop.
